Our humanity is reflected in every facet of our lives. From how we view ourselves to how we view our families, our work, and our communities. It takes great strength to work through life’s challenges and hardships.

My therapeutic approach

My therapeutic approach ensures that clients feel safe to share their experiences, thoughts, and feelings through a process that helps to nurture personal insight. I encourage my clients to see problems as opportunities; a wake-up call to revisit what isn’t working while creating new experiences to change and grow.

I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to reach client goals. Techniques can range from spending time looking at one’s thought patterns and feelings, to looking at past experiences, to using art and play as a means of expression when working with children.
